Each 10ml dose contains:

Elderberry sambucus nigra extract equivalent to fresh berries - 16,830mg
standardised to contain 35.7mg anthocyanins
Organic Sea Buckthorn hippophae rhamnoides extract equivalent to fresh berries - 17,600mg
standardised to contain 550mg Vitamin C
Zinc bisglycinate amino acid chelate - 25mg
equivalent to elemental zinc - 2.5mg
In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

This low sugar formulation contains less than 0.08gm of sugar per 10ml dose.

Dosage

Adults (over 18 years) - 10ml

Young Adults (14-18 years) - 5ml

Children (9-13 years) - 2ml

Young Children (1-8 years) - 1ml

Get well: If unwell, take recommended dose every 2 hours up to a maximum of 6 doses per day

Stay well: Take recommended dose once daily to maintain healthy immunity
