Polygonum cuspidatum root 200mg, providing Resveratrol 100mg (50%)

Vegetable Capsule shell (hydroxyproplmethyl cellulose), Anti-caking agents: Vegetable magnesium stearate*, silicon dioxide. Made from vegetable stearic acid.

Dosage

Adults: 1 or 2 capsules daily, preferably at mealtimes.
