Dosage

Children 2-5 years old - Take one tablet daily, or as professionally prescribed
Children 6 and over - Take one to two tablets daily, or as professionally prescribed.

Tablets should be chewed before swallowing.

Because multivitamins are energising, these should be taken in the morning, after breakfast.
