Athletes: Take 2 Capsules before training for endurance, stamina and or event and after for recovery.
Brain, joint mobility: Remember to take 1-2 Capsules in the morning
Internal and digestive health: Take 1 Capsule 30 mins before food. If you experience bloating when you eat food take 1 Capsule before food twice daily for 5 days then reduce to 1 Capsule to maintain.
Defeat fatigue and be proactive against aging and stress: In stressful challenging times take 1-3 daily.
Skin Boost: Take 2 Capsules daily for 5 days then maintain with 1 Capsule daily.
