Rhemannia glutinosa root
Rehmannia is used to help relieve menopausal symptoms at it clears heat and cools the blood to help relieve irritability, restlessness and feverish sensations at night (hot sweats)
Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai)
Angelica is a blood tonic, invigorates blood circulation and helps relieve pain and spasms. Dong Quai is an aromatic herb commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Its reputation is second to that of ginseng and is regarded as a "female" remedy, or women's ginseng.
Dioscorea opposita root rhizome (Chinese Yam)
Chinese Yam may help reduce night sweat and support energy levels.
Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony)
Peony is used to help relieve complications of women's health. It nourishes the liver blood and softens the liver to help regulate menstruation and alleviate pain. Peony may be used to stop both night and spontaneous sweating.
Buplerurum falcatum root
Bupleurum may help with mood swings and symptoms with PMS such as anger, irritability, frustration and fatigue.
Vitex agnus-castus furit (Chaste Tree)
Chaste Tree fruit preparations may be used for menstrual irregularity and relief of pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms such as breast tenderness, headaches, irritability and fluid retention.

Dosage

Starting dose: 2 tablets, twice daily until symptoms improve
Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Tablets can be taken with water juice, before meals or one hour after meals.

Precautions

Use only as directed and seek medical advise if symptoms or fluid retention persist. Drink plenty of water. Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula. Not recommended during pregnancy unless professionally prescribed. Do not use if blister seal is broken. Store below 30 degree Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
