Dosage

Adults: 1 Capsule per day on empty stomach with juice or as prescribed. 5 HTP is usually taken in the evening.

Precautions

Keep out of reach of Children. This product should not be used by pregnant or lactating women. Do not take with drugs that contain Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) or drugs containing Fenfluramine. If you are currently taking antidepressants or other drugs, please consult your health care professional prior to use. May cause drowsiness. Do not use while driving or operating heavy equipment.
