Enzymes are the active materials in the digestive juices which cause the chemical breakdown of foods. One of the best ways to increase your enzyme levels is to eat raw fruit or salad vegies with each meal. Plant enzymes aid in the predigestion of food in the stomach. Whenever raw fruit and vegies are eaten, their own enzymes begin this digestive process. This process is further enhanced by the body itself, providing additional digestive fluids to complete the process. A cooked food diet contains no enzymes since temperatures above 48 degrees Celsius destroys enzymes in our food. Consequently the body must supply all the enzymes necessary for digestion. It does this by robbing other body systems of their necessary enzymes. Thus a diet of mostly cooked foods will end up depleting the body enzymes and this is what many believe contributes to disease, allergies, lack of energy and general poor health of so many people.

Sorbitol, Surcrose, Dextrates, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.
No Gluten, artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.

DOSAGE:

Chew up to 3 tablets as required after meals. It is important that these are taken after a meal and not before or during. This is because your digestive organs will recognise that enzymes are present and may not sufficiently produce enough of your own. Having these after the meal will top up your own enzymes.

Orders within New Zealand are dispatched by courier once your payment has been processed. Our customer service team aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours during the working week. Within Auckland please allow 48 hours for delivery. For all other areas please allow 72 hours.  Within NZ, supplement orders over NZ$70 are conveniently delivered freight free. Freight Free may exclude food items and cleaning products - we will contact you if additional courier charges apply to your order containing these items. Orders under NZ$70 in value will have a delivery charge based on the delivery address.
