

The Gluten Free Food Co Quick & Easy Cupcake Mix is a gluten-free and vegan friendly cupcake mix that's made using nutritious, high fibre natural and organic ingredients, including organic coconut flour and organic flaxseed flour.
Now it's easier than ever to create delicious, protein-rich cupcakes... simply add water and oil!
Heat the oven to 150C. Place cupcake papers into a 12 cup tray. Lightly grease the papers.
Place contents into a bowl. Combine 1 1/4 cups of water and 3/4 cup of oil* and whisk it briskly into the dry mix.
Spoon cake batter into prepared cupcake papers. Bake for approx 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool before icing.
* Oil used should be a lightly flavoured oil for best results.
Coconut oil is ok, but it will impart a new flavour
Olive Oil is not recommended.
