Ethical Nutrients Hi-Strength Liquid Fish Oil. Hi-Strength deodorised flavoured fish oil (gelatin free). Now there's an easy way to take a therapeutic dosage of fish oil, without having to take a handful of Capsules. Omega 3 fatty acids help relieve joint pain, however, research suggests the serve of fish oil needed to help support joint mobility is 2.7 grams of omega-3 (EPA and/or DHA). You would need to take 10 standard fish oil Capsules every day to get the required serve or you can take 1 teaspoon of Ethical Nutrients Hi Strength Liquid Fish Oil. Each 4.6 grams or 1 teaspoon serve of this highly concentrated fish oil provides 2.7 grams of Omega 3 (1.9 grams of EPA and 927mg of DHA). A standard 1000mg fish oil Capsule provides 0.3 grams of EPA/DHA.

Ingredients

Each 5ml (by measuring cap) contains: Concentrated Omega-3 triglycerides from fish 4.6g, Equivalent Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 1.9g, Equivalent Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 927mg.
Ethical Nutrients Hi-Strength Liquid Fish oil is sources from oily, cold-water fish. No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, corn, cereals, eggs, yeast and salt. Use product within 2 months after opening. After opening, store at 2 C to 8 C (Refrigerate do not freeze)

Dosage

Directions for use: Shake well before opening. Mix with a small amount of juice, or take with food if preferred. We took it directly from the spoon and had a drink afterwards.
Adults: Take 5ml daily for: Relieving symptoms of arthritis. Maintaining normal healthy cholesterol levels. Healthy cognitive function.
Take 1.25ml (1/4 metric teaspoon) for cardiovascular health.
Children: For healthy cognitive function:
2-5 years : Take 1.25ml (1/4 metric teaspoon) daily.
6-12 years: Take 2.5ml daily.
Suitable for use in pregnancy.
