For those who do not get their vitamin d the natural way (from the sun) taking a daily vitamin D supplement will ensure they receive this vital nutrient, to help to top up and or reverse a deficiency. You can request a Vitamin D blood test to determine your existing levels, as well as monitor how quickly these are raising. Request an "25 OH Vitamin D" test to determine these levels. Each tablet contains Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000iu. 100% vegetarian, xylitol, sorbitol, cellulose, natural fruit flavours, beet powder, stearic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid, silica. No egg, fish, bee products, shellfish, gluten, milk derivatives, nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, yeast, artificial preservatives, flavourings or colours.

 

Suggested dosage: Take 1 tablet daily with food. Can be used by the whole family, from age 2.

 

Keep out of reach of Children. Vitamin D is very safe when taken as directed. Do not use without medical guidance in hyperparathyroidism, hypercalcaaemia, kidney disease, sarcoidosis or histoplasmosis. Interactions may exist with calcium channel blockers and digitalis.
