Other ingredients: Cellulose, rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica. No dairy, gluten, artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.

DOSAGE:

Recommended dosage: 1 Capsule daily with a meal

Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the stated dosage without professional advice. Zinc, can be toxic if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Zinc taken on an empty stomach will produce nausea, in most cases.
