Each tablet contains:

Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate (Meta Mag- Magnesium Diglycinate): 500mg.
Equiv. Elemental Magnesium: 50mg.
Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate: 750mg.
Equiv. Elemental Magnesium: 150mg.
Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate: 19mg.
Equiv. Elemental Zinc: 7mg.
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): 16.6mg.
Chromic Chloride Hexahydrate: 1mg.
Equiv. Elemental Chromium: 200microgram.
Selenomethionine: 33microgram.
Equiv. Elemental Selenium: 13microgram.
Directions

No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, corn, cereals, eggs, nuts, starches, yeast, and salt.

 

Dosage

Adults:For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Take 1 tablet three times a day.
For daily magensium supplemention: Take 1 tablet daily for magnesium supplementation.
Take 2 tablets daily for the relief of stress, muscle cramps and spasms, premenstrual symptoms and cellular energy production or as directed by your healthcare professional.
