Shipping policy

 

Orders within New Zealand are dispatched by courier once your payment has been processed. Our customer service team aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours during the working week. Not all items are kept in stock at all times, and in certain situations, products will be ordered in once they have been purchased by the consumer. This helps to ensure that the stock sent has the best dating available. 


Within NZ, supplement orders over NZ$70 are conveniently delivered freight free, although this may exclude some products including CocoSoul, due to the weight of this item. Orders under NZ$70 in value will have a delivery charge based on the delivery address.

  • Auckland (Wellsford to Pukekohe) - $5.00
  • Rest of the North Island - $6.50
  • South Island - $6.50

Delivery within NZ is normally expected within 24-48 hours from the time your parcel has left our premises. Please be aware that this may vary depending on your location and the courier services in your area. This can also be impacted by regional public holidays and national statuary holidays.  All NZ parcels are sent Non-Signature Required, unless otherwise requested. 

healthy.co.nz will endeavor to fulfill orders in full upon acceptance of the order, however will not be liable for failure to supply third party products or delays in delivery fulfillment. In the event an item(s) ordered is out of stock, healthy.co.nz will notify the customer. Healthy.co.nz reserves the right to part ship or hold orders until stock becomes available. Backorders will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.

Collect:

You can collect your order from our warehouse located at Albany, Auckland from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm. Please allow at least 2 hours for collection. Please note that due to stock availability in our warehouse, some items may not be available for same-day collection. We will advise you immediately if there will be a delay with any item on your order.

We are unable to accept door sales from our warehouse and are unable to provide product recommendations or health advise. You can welcome to contact us and we can advise you prior to you placing your order for collection. 

International Orders:

International orders are sent out using either FedEx Tracked International courier or NZ Post Tracked International courier. The availability of courier options depends on the country the parcel is being shipped to. Delivery for international orders usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Freight charges for international orders are based on the weight of the total order. 

Please ensure that you have checked your own countries restrictions on the importation of goods, as healthy.co.nz will not accept any liability for the refund or replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs or Government officials. healthy.co.nz is also not liable for any import duty or tax payable on your order as this is set by each countries own officials and is beyond our control.

If your parcel is returned back to us, we are happy to refund you for the amount you have paid for the product/products, but we are not able to refund the amount you have paid for shipping. Refunds for products returned to us will only be issued if the products are in a resalable condition.
