Dosage

Adults: When you have the first sign of a cold or the flu Take 2 Capsules after breakfast and 2 Capsules after dinner. Take at this dosage until a large improvement is noticed, then reduce to 1 Capsule after breakfast and 1 Capsule after dinner. Take for up to 3 days after all your symptoms go.

Maintenance for immune support: Take 1 or 2 Capsules after dinner.

Precautions
