Organic Black Elderberry (sambucus nigra) fruit extract - 158mg

Acerola (Malpighia glabra) fruit extract - 550mg

Equivalent Fresh Elderberry - 10.1gm

Other ingredients: Acacia gum and vegan capsule (hypromellose)

Adults take 1 capsule 2 times daily between meals. 

For additional support take 2 capsules 2 times daily
