Inner Health Fridge Free Skin Shield has been clinically trialed to show that when taken by mothers during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG) strain may be able to protect their children's skin health, even before they are born.  The addition of Vitamin D and BB-12 has been shown to support skin health and reduce symptoms of irritable skin conditions.

Adults:
Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
