Nature's Sunshine 5-W is a herbal combination designed to support women during the final stages of pregnancy and childbirth. It contains herbs which support uterine tissues in preparation for childbirth. 5-W supports uterine muscle relaxation, worry and nervousness often associated with childbirth. 5-W is recommended especially during the last five weeks of pregnancy to support natural, healthy delivery and recovery. 5-W has also been used to help nourish and support glandular and reproductive health. Women may find benefit from using 5-W several months prior to conception in order to nourish and support healthy uterine tissues and hormones.

Ingredients

Each 2 Capsules contains a proprietary blend 900mg - Black cohosh root, Squaw Vine whole plant, Dong Quai root, Butchers Broom root, Red Raspberry leaves. Other ingredients: Gelatine (Kosher) and water.

Dosage

During the last five weeks of pregnancy, take 2 Capsules with a meal, three times a day.
We always suggest starting with just 1 Capsule a day only and increasing by 1 Capsule, at one of the doses, each day, until you have evenutally built up to 2 Capsules three times a day.

Precautions

Keep out of reach of Children. Use with caution in cases of constipation and hypertension. This product should be used preferably under medical supervision.

Delivery

Orders within New Zealand are dispatched by courier once your payment has been processed. Our customer service team aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours during the working week. Within Auckland please allow 48 hours for delivery. For all other areas please allow 72 hours.  Within NZ, supplement orders over NZ$70 are conveniently delivered freight free. Freight Free may exclude food items and cleaning products - we will contact you if additional courier charges apply to your order containing these items. Orders under NZ$70 in value will have a delivery charge based on the delivery address.

Collect:
Auckland orders have the option to be collect, free of charge. We are located at 344a Rosedale Road, Albany, Auckland 0632. Please note that collection is only available between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

 International orders are sent out using tracked international services. Delivery for international orders usually take 5-10 business days to arrive. Freight charges for international orders are based on the weight of the total order.
