Nature's Sunshine 5-W

Nature's Sunshine 5-W is a herbal combination designed to support women during the final stages of pregnancy and childbirth. It contains herbs which support uterine tissues in preparation for childbirth.

5-W supports uterine muscle relaxation, worry and nervousness often associated with childbirth. 5-W is recommended especially during the last five weeks of pregnancy to support natural, healthy delivery and recovery.

5-W has also been used to help nourish and support glandular and reproductive health. Women may find benefit from using 5-W several months prior to conception in order to nourish and support healthy uterine tissues and hormones.

Each 2 Capsules contains a proprietary blend 900mg - Black cohosh root, Squaw Vine whole plant, Dong Quai root, Butchers Broom root, Red Raspberry leaves. Other ingredients: Gelatine (Kosher) and water.

During the last five weeks of pregnancy, take 2 Capsules with a meal, three times a day.
We always suggest starting with just 1 Capsule a day only and increasing by 1 Capsule, at one of the doses, each day, until you have evenutally built up to 2 Capsules three times a day.
