It is good oral practice to brush your teeth after meals and any other time teeth need cleaning. Only a small amount is needed. Apply to toothbrush, and in a circular movement, gently brush teeth. Spit out and then rinse thoroughly with water.
Children 6 years and younger - Use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. In case of intake of flouride from other sources, consult a dentist of doctor.
