Country Life Calcium Magnesium Potassium is a scientifically formulated blend of essential minerals that can promote cardiovascular health. This product features specific free-form amino acids and a calcium:phosphorus ratio of 2:1 to effectively support calcium utilization. In addition, magnesium and potassium have been included to further enhance cardiovascular health. Incorporating adequate calcium into a balanced diet, combined with regular exercise, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life. Each daily serving of 2 tablets provides 500mg of calcium, 250mg of phosphorus, 500mg of magnesium, and 99mg of potassium. This vegetarian-friendly supplement contains no yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, starch, preservatives, or artificial color.

Ingredients

Each 2 tablets contains:

Calcium (as Calcium hydroxyapatite, citrate, aspartate, alpha-ketoglutarate and lysinate) - 500mg

Phosphorus (as calcium hydroxyapatite) - 250mg

Magnesium (as oxide, citrate, alpha-ketoglutarate, aspartate, & taurinate) - 500mg

Potassium (as citrate, alpha-ketoglutarate & aspartate) - 99mg

Other ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose & glycerin coating, vegetable glaze. No yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, preservatives or artificial colour.

 

Dosage

Adults: Take 2 tablets daily. For best utilisation, take with food and after exercise. Do not exceed recommended dose.
