Natures Way Chamomile flower standardised extract has a long history as a digestive aid sedative or relaxant. Good for a nervous stomach, colic indigestion as well as insomnia sleeplessness. May possess an anti-histamine effect as well helping sooth muscles in the body. Digestive soothing.

Chamomile has been used for centuries in teas as a mild relaxing sleep aid, treatment for fevers, colds, stomach ailments and as an anti-inflammatory, to name only a few therapeutic uses.

Extensive scientific research over the past 20 years has confirmed many of the traditional uses for the plant and established pharmacological mechanisms for the plants therapeutic activity, including antiseptic, antispasmodic, antipyretic, antibacterial, antifungal and anti-allergenic activity. In additional to medicinal use, chamomiles enjoy wide usage, especially in Europe and the US, as a refreshing beverage tea and as an ingredient in numerous cosmetics and external preparations.



Digestion, relaxant, immune-stimulant, infection fighter, peptic ulcers, arthritis, gastrointestinal spasms, relieves colic, inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, mild sleep disorders, nervous stomach, wounds, inflammation, stomach ulcers, arthritic joint pain, mild sleep disorders in children, relaxes the uterus, depresses the central nervous system.



Each 1 Capsule contains: Chamomile (flower) 220mg Chamomile (flower), dried extract 125mg 1.2% Apigenin (1.5 mg). Other ingredients: Plant-derived Capsule (hypromellose)



Recommendation: Take 1 Capsule as needed, preferably with food.
One Capsule is equivalent to a cup of chamomile tea.
For intensive use, take up to 2 Capsules daily.
