The leaves of the dandelion plant are renowned for stimulating kidney function. They have a diuretic action causing the excretion of excess fluid whilst maintaining electrolyte balance due to their high potassium content.

Directions: Infuse 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
