Take 3 Capsules three times a day, preferably with a meal. After taking Echinacea for 6-8 weeks, a two week break is recommended before re stating.
Keep out of reach of children. In all cases of immune problems, seek professional advice before self prescribing. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women, or for individuals with auto immune conditions. Though not supported by traditional usage and several experienced and respected herbalists, it has been recommended that if Echinacea is being recommended for long-term use, a maximum use of eight weeks is suggested with a one to two week break before resuming use. This is to help maintain maximum efficacy without over stimulation of the immune system.
