Fibre + Enzymes (previously BowelBiotics Fibre+Enzymes)

Lifestream Fibre + Enzymes is a unique formula scientifically formulated for naturally healthy digestion. Contains the natural digestive enzymes: protease, betaine HCI, ginger root, papain, peppermint leaf, fennel seed and bromelain. This formula is designed specifically for those people who need the additional benefits of natural digestive enzymes which support the efficient digestion and absorption of nutrient from food.

Each 5g serve contains: Psyllium husks 64%, inulin prebiotics 30%, digestive enzymes (protease 1.2%, betaine HCI 0.9%, ginger root 0.6%, papain 0.6%, peppermint leaf 0.6%, fennel seed 0.6%, bromelain 0.6%), probiotic cultures 1% (lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium bifidum)

Adults: Take 2 rounded teaspoons (5g) 1-2 times daily
Children 6-12 years: Take 1 rounded teaspoon (2.5g) 1-2 times daily

Mix into large glass of water or juice, stir well and consume immediately. Follow with another glass of water or juice. Increase water intake while taking additional dietary fibre. Best taken ½ hour before or after food. It is recommended to start with a low dose and build up gradually to suit.

If at any time your experience discomfort after taking this product, reduce your serving size. If you are being treated for a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. Do not take with medication of other supplements. Have at least a 2 hour separation, to ensure proper absorption.
