Flordis Premular 30 Tablets

Premular (Ze 440) is a specialised, clinically trialed extract of Vitex agnus-castus Ze 440 that has been used to relieve symptoms of PMS including irritability, altered mood, headaches, bloating and breast pain and tenderness. 

Helps to support symptoms associated with hormonal changes including:

• Headaches
• Bloating
• Breast tenderness
• Anger
• Irritability
• Moodiness

Each tablet contains

Vitex agnus-castus Ze 440 extract 20mg, equivalent to dry fruit 180mg

Take one tablet at the same time each day, 1 hour before or after meals. 

Premular should be started on the first day of true menstrual bleeding and continued throughout the month. 

Keep out of reach of children.
