Valerian's main area of action is in the nervous system where it causes relaxation and as such is used frequently for insomnia.
Lemon Balm is a sedative and anti-spasmodic herb having a calming effect on the nervous system assisting with excitability and depression.
Passion Flower prolongs sleep as well as having anti-anxiety and sedative properties. Useful in cases of insomnia, restlessness, nerve pain and anxiety.
Chamomile is considered a relaxant to the nervous system and may be used in nervous exhaustion, tension, hyperactivity, headaches, insomnia or restless sleep.
Tranquillity contains a purely herbal combination of Valerian, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower and Chamomile.
Add to food or water 20mins prior to a stressful period.
Dogs: 2 drops per kg of bodyweight 2-4 times daily.
Cats: 1 drop per kg of bodyweight twice a day.
