Mg Lax is a magnesium based formula designed to naturally support healthy regular elimination by attracting water into the bowel to soften the stool. Herbal extracts of Fennel and Aloe Vera provide soothing and settling qualities for the bowel. Contains magnesium oxide and magnesium sulphate, as well as sodium and potassium chloride. Mg Lax is a natural product for the relief of constipation. Two forms of magnesium (Mg) have been combined to have a laxative effect. Constipation can produce abdominal discomfort, bloating and toxin build up. Eliminate built-up Mg Lax attracts and retains water in the intestines, softening stools and inducing the urge. Extra nutrients and herbs have been added to help electrolyte balance, magnesium absorption and to help reduce colic, gas griping.
Mg Lax may be taken in low doses as a magnesium supplement. In low doses, Mg Lax will act as a Magnesium supplement and have no laxative effect. Mg Lax is a Hyperosmotic laxative. These types of laxatives encourage bowel movements by drawing water into the bowel from surrounding body tissues. This provides a soft stool mass and increased bowel action. While using this product you may notice that stool material, excess mucous and plaque matter are evacuated from the inside of the bowel. Excess mucoid plaque builds up inside the colon, which may contribute to dysbiosis or gut toxicity. Mg Lax helps clear away mucoid plaque layers (similar to the layers of an onion). Fennel and aloe vera have been added, to help allay gas build up griping as the Magnesium encourages rapid bowel clearance of stool matter.

Magnesium Oxide (Equiv. magnesium 241mg) - 400mg

Magnesium Sulphate (Equiv. magnesium 50mg) - 400mg

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) - 50mg

Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) - 2mg

Sodium Chloride - 5mg

Potassium chloride (Equiv. Potassium 10mg) - 20mg

Herbal extracts equiv to dry:

Aloe barbadensis dry leaf (Aloe vera) - 50mg

Fennel seed powder - 50mg.

Contains no artificial colour, flavour, sweeteners or preservatives.

Rapid Dose Adults: Take 4 capsules, 2-3 times daily.
Mild Dose: Adults: Take 4-5 capsules daily.

Individual requirements may vary for each individual. For optimal effect take between meals or on an empty stomach.
