Good Health Opti CoQ10 150mg contains the compound Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) blended with omega 3 fish oil. Coq10 is a naturally occuring vitamin like substance that is found in cells throughout the body, where it plays a vital tole in energy production. It is particularly important for the high energy cells of the heart, muscles, liver and immune system. The powerful combination of CoQ10 and fish oil provides antioxidant properties, support for healthy cholesterol levels, joint mobility and optimal nervous system function. Coq1 supports the maintenance of a healthy cardiovascular system while providing a general feeling of well being. Due to advancing age, illness or side effects of some medications (satins), levels of CoQ10 can decline, leading to poor health. Good Health utilises naturally fermented CoQ10 in a base of fish oil, for optimal absorption. 30 Capsules

INGREDIENTS:

Each 1 Capsule contains: Ubidecarenone (Coenzyme Q10) 150mg, Natural Fish Oil 500mg, Containing Omega 3: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 90mg, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 60mg. No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.

DOSAGE:

Adults take 1 or 2 Capsules daily with food, or as professional advised.
Leanne finds that if you take CoQ10 too late in the day it may affect your ability to sleep properly. Having said this, Leanne uses 2 Capsules for a boost, when feeling particularly fatigued.

PRECAUTIONS:

Keep out of reach of Children. Do not use if on warfarin. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Orders within New Zealand are dispatched by courier once your payment has been processed. Our customer service team aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours during the working week. Within Auckland please allow 48 hours for delivery. For all other areas please allow 72 hours.  Within NZ, supplement orders over NZ$70 are conveniently delivered freight free. Freight Free may exclude food items and cleaning products - we will contact you if additional courier charges apply to your order containing these items. Orders under NZ$70 in value will have a delivery charge based on the delivery address.

 International orders are sent out using tracked international services. Delivery for international orders usually take 5-10 business days to arrive. Freight charges for international orders are based on the weight of the total order.
