Each daily dose (2 g) contains:

Maqui berry (freeze-dried, organic) - 500 mg

Camu camu (organic) - 300 mg

Goji berry (organic) - 300 mg

Blackcurrant (freeze-dried, organic) - 200 mg

Blueberry (freeze-dried, organic) - 200 mg

Raspberry (freeze-dried, organic) - 200 mg

Seabuckthorn (freeze-dried, organic) - 100 mg

Mangosteen (organic) - 100 mg

Matcha (Japanese, organic) - 100 mg

Adults: 2gm (1 metric tsp) per day. 

Take 1 metric tsp per day in water before food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. 

Try to avoid consuming at the same time as bananas, which may inhibit the activity of some polyphenols. 

Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal the cap immediately after each use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of children. Store below 25c. Pregnant or nursing - seek advice from a healthcare professional before consuming.
