Ingredients

A homeopathic formula of Arnica, Cocculus, Coffea Crud, Kali Brom, Passiflora and Valerian. 

Dosage

2 sprays under the tongue 20 minutes before bed.

Repeat on going to bed. Repeat again if still awake in 20-30 minutes. Use in the night if needed.

Busy Brain in the night: 2 sprays under the tongue. Repeat in 10-20 minutes as necessary.
