So Delish Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon Pure protein powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup cocoa nibs
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup Medjool dates, softened in 1/4 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

 Method

Place everything, except the coconut, into a blender and blitz
In your hands shape mixture into balls, then roll in the coconut (you could use crushed nuts, freeze dried berries, melted chocolate)
Place in fridge for approx 1 hour and they are ready to eat – Delish!
Store in fridge or freezer
