Arnica also has counter-irritant properties, (isomeric alcohols) which help increase local circulation. It has been used for the temporary relief of a deep-seated painful irritation. Helps stimulate peripheral blood supply, thereby promoting speedy repair of bruises, sprains and swellings.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Arnica Montana 1:5 10%. Natural cream base: Water, capric/caprylic triglyceride, grapeseed oil, glycerol monostearate, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, glycerine, sclerotium gum, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate.

Dosage

Rub gently into the affected areas 3 times a day but only where the skin is unbroken. Do not apply to broken skin.

For best results use both the Arnica oral and cream forms together.
