Nothing will get your attention faster than a brush with death. Jim Strauss had his in 1979 at age 57. After suffering a massive heart attack, his doctors told him only bypass surgery could save his life. What can happen while you are taking Strauss Heartdrops?
Some May Experience:
Temporary Cholesterol increase: If you have arterial blockages, cholesterol levels can rise (perhaps dramatically) if plaque on the artery wall dissolves and passes through the blood into the wastes system. If this happens it will result in higher levels of cholesterol in the blood. This is temporary although it can last for quite some time (time frame varies per person).
Heartburn: The cayenne in the drops may cause indigestion or heartburn. If this happens reduce to 1 to 5 drops a day and slowly build up the dosage. Also, eat homemade sauerkraut, made from salt only (not with wine or vinegar) this can rebuild stomach lining.
Detoxification: Two out of one hundred people may experience signs of detoxification. The Strauss Heartdrops may remove toxins from the body these toxins may leave the body through pores in the skin and this may provoke temporary skin irritation (rash or pimples). You may also experience diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, or nausea. If this becomes uncomfortable, reduce the dosage to as little as 1 drop a day (do not completely stop treatment) until the detoxifying stage is complete. This is a very good thing since your body is getting rid of poisons in the body. Then resume the recommended dosage.

Dosage

Shake bottle before use. Place drops under the tongue, hold for a minute or two then swallow.

Recommended Starting Dosage: A small percentage (2%) of users may initially experience detoxification symptoms. If you wish to minimise the chances of experiencing this Strauss suggests you start with 4 drops three times a day for the first week, increasing to 8 drops in the second week, then 12 drops for the third week.

In the fourth week go to the Recommended Dosage: 1ml - 2.5ml 3 times a day, ideally half an hour before or two or more hours after meals.

Alternatively, you can start on the full dosage immediately.

If your tongue is sensitive to the spicy drops, work your way up to the target level. Start with as little as 1 or 2 drops a day then add a drop (or desired amount) a day until comfortable taking the entire dose.

The longer you keep the drops under your tongue, the less spicy they are to swallow. If you absolutely must, dilute the drops in water or juice and take on an empty stomach.

Precautions

Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months after opening. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children. Do not take within 24 hours of surgery.

Garlic should not be taken before surgery. As garlic is an ingredient of the Heartdrops, consult your medical professional for advice on when to discontinue before undergoing surgery.
If you are currently unable to do many of the things that you would like to do, such as going for a long walk, digging the garden, chopping firewood, or even making the bed, then please read this carefully. There are two types of exercise: Aerobic (is when there is a steady expenditure of effort. Eg. walking, mowing a flat lawn, or cycling in a leisurely way on a calm day) and Anaerobic (is when there are short bursts of extra effort required. Eg. digging, chopping wood, mixing cement, or cycling up a steep hill).
We strongly recommend that you avoid Anaerobic exercise that you cannot do at the moment for at least 3 months after starting on the Strauss Heartdrops.

If you start feeling as though you could easily do these things (as many people do), and you want to increase your level of exercise, stick to the aerobic activities. If you do the anaerobic activities too soon, it is possible that you will experience a reversal of your feeling of improved health the next day.
