Each 1ml contains: Ashwagandha extract 267mg, equivalent withanolides 1.33mg, Kava extract 267mg, equivalent kavalactones 5.33mg, Lemon balm (Melissa) extract 133mg. Excipients: Water, glycerine, alcohol, potassium sorbate, peppermint oil, spearmint oil.

For those 12 years and older, Spray 8 sprays under the tongue, up to three times a day.
Do not use in conjunction with alcohol, antidepressants and anxiety medication.
Please Note: This product has a strong taste, as it is herbal tinctures in alcohol. Kava Kava may produce a tingling sensation on the tongue. This is normal.
