Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry fruit juice dry - 163mg

equiv. to fruit juice fresh - 5.7gm

Honey - 1.5gm

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - 82.5mg

Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) - 3.0mg

Best taken at the first signs of ills and chills
2-4 years 11-14kgs - 7.5ml once daily (1/2 tablespoon)

5-9 years 15-24kgs - 10ml once daily (2 teaspoons)
