Swanson Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme derived from pineapple stems that helps to support digestion and aids in the absorption of nutrients. 

Bromelain has been known to provide support for joint comfort when used in between meals.

Adults take two veggie capsules with water on an empty stomach. For digestion support, take immediately before each meal.
