Nature„¢s Sunshine Echinacea/Golden Seal combination provides support for the immune system. It combines two species of Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea and Echinacea angustifolia) that support normal functions of clearing toxins and maintaining wellness.

Golden seal root contains the powerful alkaloids berberine and hydrastine, which provide soothing support for the immune system; helps support healthy lung function and soothe the respiratory tract.
