Capsules - Adults and children 5 years and over - 2 Capsules twice a day daily, with a meal
For children 2-4 years: One softgel twice daily, with food.
If taking this product for the first time, double the daily dosage for an initial 12 weeks, to help " top up" deficient level in the body.
Liquid - Adults and children aged 3 years and over: two teaspoons (10ml) per day.
