Organic Turmeric rhizome (curcuma longa) - 375mg Turmeric Extract - 95% curcuminoids - 80mg
 Organic Trikatu (Long Pepper fruit, piper longum) - 15mg Organic Black Pepper seed (piper nigrum) - 15mg Organic Ginger rhizome (zingiber officinale) - 15mg
Also contains: Organic vegetable pullulan capsules
Dosage

Adults: 1-2 capsules with food & water twice a day for at least 3 months or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Precautions

Keep out of reach of children. Consult your healthcare practitioner before using our products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, anticipate surgery, take medication on a regular basis or are otherwise under medical supervision. Stop immediately if you experience any adverse reaction. Safe for long-term use. A Dose taken in excess may cause digestive distress. Diabetics must watch their sugar levels. High doses may lower fertility in men. Take cautiously if you have low Iron levels. If you have severe stomach ulcers, avoid taking it on empty stomach.  Avoid or reduce if you are on prescribed blood thinners.
