Nature's Sunshine Psyllium Hulls helps to support regular bowel movements and supports the bowel tissue. Psyllium Hulls contain the highest level of soluble fibre of any natural grain, eight times as much as oat bran. 

Psyllium forms a mucilaginous gel when mixed with liquids; this gel adds bulk to food and waste traveling through the colon. 

Psyllium Hulls Combination contains psyllium hulls, hibiscus flower and licorice root in a powder form.
