Nature's Sunshine Activated Charcoal is highly adsorbent and commonly used to support the body's cleansing and detoxification mechanisms as it helps bind to toxins and unwanted poisons in the digestive tract that can cause gastrointestinal distress. Per 8 capsules:
Charcoal Powder - 2080mg (260mg per 1 capsule)
Other ingredients: Kosher gelatin and water.
Take four to eight capsules daily with water, at least two hours after or one hour before eating a meal.
