I am unable to advise readers whether or not this Vitamin has personally been of any benefit in reducing my inflammation - (which obviously is associated with pain levels) as I have not been taking it long enough.
From the research I have undertaken one must be taking Niacinamide for around 3 months to ascertain whether or not it has provided any form of benefit.
