Nature's Sunshine Anti-Anx is a herbal blend that comprises of Hops fruit, Passionflower herb, Rosemary leaves and Valerian root.
Valerian root helps to support the nervous system and assists the body to relax, providing gentle support for sleep. Passionflower herb is used to support worry, sleep and nervousness, whilst Hops fruit and Rosemary leaves help to support the nervous system.
These four herbs have traditionally been used in Western practice for their relaxing and nervine properties. Can be taken during the day, as well as before bed.

Adults: To help relieve nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety - Take 2 capsules three times a day
