Each soft gel capsule contains:

Marine Lipid Oil Extract from Perna canaliculus (New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel) - 37.5mg

Euphausia superba (Antarctic Krill) - 12.5mg

Also contains: Natural mono-unsaturated Olive and vitamin E oil 

Adults take 3 - 4 capsules daily for 2 weeks then 1 - 2 capsules daily or as directed by your health care professional.
