Each daily dose (1 spray) contains:

Vitamin D (as D3) - 25mcg (1000IU)

Purified water, xylitol (natural sweetener), acacia gum, sunflower lecithin, medium chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol, potassium sorbate, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural peppermint oil. 

Initial use: Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use.
