Vegan Omega-3 gives you EPA and DHA from algae instead of fish, which is the key thing to understand before you buy it. That makes it very different from flaxseed oil as well, because algae can provide the same omega forms many people are actually looking for in a fish-free product.

If you want a vegan omega but still care about getting EPA and DHA directly, algae oil is usually the format worth looking at. Our brain health collection is a useful nearby browse if you are comparing products around cognition, mood, or everyday wellbeing.
