The dried ginger root in this blend is ˜white" with the skin peeled off and comes in its whole shape directly from the eastern states of India. Lavender's gorgeous purple flowers are the main ingredient of this blend, if you love lavender you love this tea. Ginger and Cinnamon are crushed by hand. Star anise pods give a sweet, liquorice flavour to the blend. To keep cardamom pods fresh, it is added in at the last stage. Add a touch of honey to enhance the natural fruit flavour and mimic the inherent, sweet taste.
