Jamaican Dogwood (piscidia piscipula) 50mg,

Vitamins & Minerals

Magnesium oxide 50mg (Equiv. Magnesium 30mg),

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 1mg.

No corn, gluten, lactose, sugar, wheat, yeast, artificial colour, flavour or preservative. 

Adults: Take 1 to 3 Capsules, 1 hour before bed or as professionally prescribed.
