Each vegecap contains:

Magnesium amino acid chelate 150mg, equivalent magnesium 30mg

Magnesium (Natural marine) 372mg, providing elemental magnesium 134mg. Natural Marine Magnesium is sourced from seawater and also contains naturally occurring trace minerals: Boron, Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iodine, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Selenium and Zinc

5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) 80mg, extracted from griffonia simplicifolia seed

Zizyphus (Zizphus jujuba) extract, equivalent to 1,500mg

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) extract equivalent to 400mg
