Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol (from Lanolin)) - 25mcg (1,000IU)

Other ingredients: Xylitol, Sorbitol, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Natural Fruit Flavours (fruit punch, strawberry, raspberry), Beet Powder, Stearic Acid (vegetable source(, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Citric Acid and Silicon Dioxide. 

For adults and children (age 5 and up): Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal.
