MCT Oil (Medium-Chain Triglycerides) - 700mg
Capric Acid (C10) (from MCT Oil) - 238mg
Other ingredients: Softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel colour), Beeswax and Sunflower Lecithin.
Take 1 softgel 3 times daily with food.
